COMMERCIAL PROPERY VALUATIONS

AGRICULTURAL PROPERY VALUATIONS
Our professional Valuer’s can establish the real estate value of all agricultural property. With our specialist expertise – the result of years of experience in this sector of valuations as well as an informed understanding of the agricultural industry – we offer formal valuations for all types of agricultural properties, including: Small Holdings, Cattle and Game Farms, Vineyards, Crops, Poultry and Dairy Farming, Sugar Estates, Timber Plantations and Specialist Wine Farms.
INSURANCE VALUATIONS
We can provide independent valuations to establish the full replacement cost of buildings, as well as fire surveys, thereby ensuring adequate insurance coverage and undisputed damage claims for the client. We also provide insurance valuations for sectional title schemes. On 7 October 2016, the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (2011) came into force, along with its prescribed regulations, management and conduct rules.
One such management rule deals with valuations for insurance purposes. Management Rule 23(3) prescribes that bodies corporate must obtain a valuation to determine the replacement values of the buildings and improvements, at least, every 3 years, and present same at the following AGM.

MEASUREMENT SERVICES
Property measurement services are just what they sound like: Based on what you need, a property value will measure the property’s dimensions and square meterage, then provide a computer-generated sketch showing the basic layout of the property. The valuer’s report is a form that can be used to prove an accurate Gross Living Area / Gross Lettable Area (GLA), the sum of all liveable / lettable areas, of your property.

TRAINING / MENTORSHIP
Movezo Services endeavours to make use of the vast amount of Candidate Valuers, train and to capacitate them whilst working under the guidence of their respective mentors. Between 2012 and 2013, Mvezo Services partnered with ABZ Foundation in the mentorship on 21 real estate students. The students were involved in the property project under ‘Work Inter-grated Learning’ at ABZ Foundation. Mvezo Services mentored and exposed the students to practical valuations. It was a successful mentorship programme as all 21 students were able to get registered with the SACPVP as candidate valuers. At the end of the mentorship programme, all students were employed at a real estate company.
