OUR PURPOSE
Mvezo Services (Pty) Ltd is a property consultancy with services ranging from property valuations and property consulting services. The firm focuses its energies in adding value towards its stakeholders. By establishing alliances and partnerships with other established consulting firms we are able to get support and extend our capacity when required. We are committed to Black Economic Empowerment and Women Empowerment and as such the company is a wholly black woman owned entity that endorses efforts to achieve this goal. One of our strengths is that we are an open and a learning organisation. This gives us the edge to adapt and be flexible to national and global changes. We are a dynamic consulting firm that embraces change.

PROFESSIONAL VALUER
Gugu Moyo began her property career by obtaining a National Diploma: Building which laid a foundation towards her degree, B-Tech: Quantity Surveying. During her second year of study her diploma, she started working at one of the largest Quantity Surveying firms in Johannesburg. She gained approximately 5 years working experience in this Quantity Surveying firm.
She started her property valuations career by working for one of the top 5 banking institutions where she worked as a commercial property valuer. She completed her National Diploma: Real Estate and registered for the Msc: Property Development and Management where she completed her coursework. She is currently compiling a research report in order to complete the Msc: Property Development and Management. She is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as a Professional Valuer. In 2008 she established her property valuation business that was known as Sakhiwo Property Services. In 2020, there was a change in directorship and services offered. In March 2020, Mvezo Services (Pty) Ltd was established where Gugu Moyo is the sole director.
